Naming
Lismio is a single word, always spelled with a capital “L”. It is the brand name of all our products (not Lismio app”). When referring to dedicated products from Lismio, we ask that you capitalize them as proper nouns (e.g. "Lismio Backstage"). Social media tags should use #lismio.
Underlying Principles
Don't reinvent the wheel. There are brilliant people who have already solved the problems we are facing, which is why we use the best practices and solutions that are already out there. For our general design needs, we use the Apple Human interface Guidelines where it makes sense. For our development needs, we use the Linear Method.
Design in general
Avoid mixing too many design elements. It's important to have a consistent design language throughout the design, as using multiple elements can overwhelm the user and make it difficult to understand the message. Keep it simple and focus on the essentials. The brand itself never takes center stage. The story is always the star.

Some best practices to consider include:
  • Avoid using patterns that could distract from the main message.
  • Leave plenty of white space to give the design breathing room.
  • Follow established design principles and guidelines.
  • Reflect the brand's identity in the design.
  • Make it easy for the user to take the desired action.
Usage
Provide plenty of space around Lismio assets. Make them big or make them small, but give them room to breathe. They shouldn't feel cramped or cluttered.
